Why isn't my listing showing as Featured?
Featured placement is a paid plan upgrade, separate from verification. You can see and change your plan from the Subscription card on your dashboard's Overview tab.
Who can leave a review on my business?
Only signed-in customers who've actually contacted your business through Befitting (a call or WhatsApp click) can leave a review — this keeps ratings tied to real interactions.
Is Befitting free to use as a customer?
Yes — searching, browsing, and contacting businesses is always free for customers. There's no account needed just to browse.
